How do I register for DAS

    Season's greetings, Susan!

A warm welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing us your excellent Disneyland Resort planning question. It looks like you'll be making your way to The Happiest Place on Earth in just a couple of days - the countdown is almost over! Before you head to the theme parks, let's discuss how to register for Disability Access Service (DAS).

Susan, DAS at the Disneyland Resort theme parks is a complimentary service available to Guests who cannot tolerate extended wait times in a traditional queue environment due to a disability. This special service ensures that all Guests can make the very most of their day at The Happiest Place on Earth by providing return times to experience select attractions via their Lightning Lane entrances! Susan, eligible Guests may pre-register for DAS Advance between two to 30 days before their scheduled arrival. During the registration process, Guests will speak with a friendly Cast Member via a live video chat to confirm their eligibility and select up to two one-hour return windows for select attractions, pending availability. To pre-register for DAS Advance, a Guest should log into their Disney account on the Disneyland Resort website, ensure their party's theme park admissions are linked to their account, and then request a live chat on the DAS registration page. It's important to note that the Guest requesting DAS access must be present at the time of the video call.

Since you're within two days of your scheduled arrival, you're not eligible to pre-register for DAS Advance, Susan. But, not to worry! You may still register for DAS in person by stopping by either City Hall at Disneyland Park, the Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park, or another Guest Information location. If your eligibility is confirmed, you'll be granted the ability to select return windows for your party within the Disneyland Resort mobile app! Once registered for DAS, Guests may use the service for up to the length of their theme park ticket or 60 days, whichever is shorter. After that period, Guests will need to re-register for the service before their next visit.

Susan, I hope you've found this information helpful as you prepare for a magical and memorable visit to The Happiest Place on Earth. I wish you a wondrous wintertime visit! If you have any additional planning questions, you're always welcome to return to planDisney for additional assistance. We're here to help you make very merry memories!

    Happy holidays,
