Hey there, Amanda! Thanks for coming to planDisney with your question. You must be very excited for your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Amanda, let me share some information about
Disability Access Service (DAS) that might be helpful for you. First, I love that
Disneyland Resort is so attentive and caring and wanting to make every Guest’s experience super magical and special, in whatever way they will experience it best. DAS helps a Guest avoid waiting in long queues if that is difficult for them. A Guest using DAS can request return times for attractions. Though it doesn’t provide immediate access to the attraction, it is helpful not having to wait in a standby queue.
Up to 2-30 days prior to your visit, you can
request a live chat through
DAS Advance to inquire about DAS registration. The Guest requesting DAS must be present on the call. If you are already within two days of your arrival, no worries. You can still request DAS upon arrival by visiting a Guest Services location, such as City Hall at Disneyland Park or Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park.
The Guest requesting DAS can have five other Guests accompany them for the return times for attractions. Also, you can use DAS in conjunction with
Disney Genie+. Some Guests have praised this as being a great way to experience even more attractions during the day, as you can request return times through both.
Here is a
list of attractions included with DAS. I also recommend checking out the section of the website for
Guests with Disabilities - it is extremely helpful in planning for your visit.
Wishing you a magical adventure, to infinity and beyond! Thanks again for stopping by.
