    In regards to pacing requirements for the Expedition Everest challenge (16min/mile) - is the pacing requirements just forthe 5K and obstacles or is it for the 5K/obstacles/scavenger hunt? Thanks!

    I hope you are getting excited for the Expedition Everest Challenge! It's hard to believe this year's race is only a week away.

    Thank you for your question regarding how pacing will work for this exciting and unique event. While both portions of the race will be timed, the 5k is where the 16 minute per mile pace will need to be maintained. Once you have completed your race, you will notice two separate times listed on the results page. One for the 5k and one for the scavenger hunt, these times will then be combined for cumulative results.
