In regards to Memory Maker/Photo Pass, you need to approach the photographer and have your magic bands scanned for each "session," correct?? Will they still take your picture if you don't have Memory Maker?

    Hi Lori!

I am a sucker for Disney's PhotoPass service!  It's a great way to capture all of our Walt Disney World vacation memories of the whole family.  I visited all of the parks last week and was delighted to see so many photographers around, especially at the water parks!  Ask the photographers if they have magic shots!  We ended up with Stitch in one of our photos and Olaf in another.

Each time you visit with a PhotoPass photographer, you'll have your MagicBand scanned.  It's quick and easy and will link to your account within minutes.  Memory Maker is not needed to have your photo taken.  You do have the option to purchase individual photos or a package after your vacation, but purchasing Memory Maker in advance will save you some money.  Is it worth the cost?  I think so.  I have ended up with hundreds of PhotoPass photos from a single vacation in the past.  My family knows that I stop frequently for photos, so we take advantage of as many opportunities as we can.

    Get ready to say cheese!
