Welcome to planDisney, Daniela! It sounds like you're ready to Dream the Night Away with the brand new
Disney Starlight nighttime parade, which officially debuts today! From the preview nights and sneak peeks I've seen, it looks incredible and I can't wait to experience it myself!
Daniela, as an
Annual Passholder, your park hopping privileges and procedures have not changed with the new reservation requirements, so if you have reserved any theme park for the day, you are more than welcome to hop over to
Magic Kingdom Park (as long as the park has not reached capacity) after you have tapped into your initial reservation. You will not need to make a second theme park reservation to park hop.
The new policy does currently require Annual Passholders to make a theme park reservation if they will be visiting Magic Kingdom Park as their first park of the day at any time (previously reservations were not required after 2 PM on weekdays or on good-to-go days). You can still visit any of the other theme parks after 2 PM without a theme park reservation.
Daniela, I hope this helps! Due to the anticipated crowds for the new parade, I'd recommend giving yourself enough time to hop over to Magic Kingdom and find a prime viewing spot before the parade rolls at 9 PM if it's a priority for your day! Keep an eye on the My Disney Experience mobile app for any notifications about capacity restrictions as well! If you have any other questions we can help with before your visit, come see us again at
planDisney!
Keep Dreaming,
Alison
