    Regarding 18% gratuity for parties of 6; my family of 3 will have the DDP but our friends, another party of 3, will not when we dine together will be subject to the gratuity?

    Hi Amanda, 

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  With regard to the 18% gratuity, if your party of 3 and your friends party of three are seated together, you will be subject to the 18% gratuity charge.  The Cast Member will split the charge for each party, but it will be automatically be added to your cheque.  The gratuity will be added regardless of who has a dining plan, it is based on the number of people seated at your table.
