Regarding Fast Passes, how far should I space them out from each other? And does everyone in my family have to choose the same Fast Pass selection, or can we split up?

Welcome back, Melissa, to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

When selecting FastPass+ attractions and shows, the FastPass+ system will not allow you to overlap the times. Each FastPass+ attraction window of use is one hour. Within that hour, you can enter the FastPass+ line anytime. For shows, FastPass+ gives you a window of 15 minutes to enter the FastPass+ line. Each show that offers FastPass+, lasts between 20 & 40 minutes.

I would suggest spacing your FastPass+ selections at least an hour to an hour and a half apart. This will give you enough time to enjoy the attraction and enough time to venture across the theme park in case the location of the attractions aren't nearby. If you experience each Fastpass+ attraction or show at the beginning of your window, this will give you plenty of time to make it to the next attraction.

Melissa, your family, does not have to enjoy the same FastPass+ attractions or show at the same time. Everyone can enjoy a different attractioncharacter experience, or show, or a certain number of your family members can enjoy their selections together. For my family of four, we've often split into two groups as my little Princess doesn't always want to experience what her older brother enjoys. So, I hang with one kid while my husband goes with the other.

Melissa, have a blast planning and selecting your FastPass+ attractions and shows. When it's time to make those selections, you know that your Disney vacation is just around the corner.

    Happy FastPass+ planning,
