Regarding the dining charge at Palo. We have heard that this is the gratuity for the servers and no other gratuity is necessary. Is this true?

    Hi Preston!
Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your question.

Dining at Palo is one of my favorite Disney Cruise Line experiences. Not only is the food amazing, but the atmosphere and service are beyond measure! The gorgeous ocean views are reason enough to visit this elegant adults-only restaurant.

When it comes to gratuities, only a small portion of the $25 service charge goes to your servers (about five dollars split between several people). The level of personalized service you'll receive at Palo is off the charts, and we usually tip on the value of the meal we receive. If you'd like to add additional gratuity, it can easily be charged to your stateroom. Be prepared for excellent service and a delicious meal - you're in for a truly awesome dining experience!

Don't miss the Chocolate Souffle for dessert - it's like Heaven on earth!

    Have a magical day! - Diane W.
