Regarding the basic vs. deluxe dining plan. I have food restrictions. Every day our family would need a breakfast buffet and a sit down dinner. We almost never eat appetizers or desserts. Would we be better off with no dining plan at all?

It is very well possible that your family would be better to just pay for your dining out of pocket.

Our family never uses the dining plan.

A good way to decide if the dining plan is beneficial for you is to review the menus at www.allearsnet.com in the Dining section. You can estimate your family's expenses if you were paying out of pocket vs. using the dining plan.
