Can you get refunds on reserved tickets?

    Hi Sharon!

Thanks for stopping by to see us at planDisney!

I'm so sorry to hear that you will need to change your vacation plans, but hopefully, you will still be able to enjoy a trip to the "Most Magical Place on Earth." It sounds like you have Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets and theme park reservations and you would like to get a refund for your tickets. While your theme park reservations can be canceled from your My Disney Experience account, unfortunately, theme park tickets are non-refundable. However, unused, unexpired theme parks can generally be used for different dates, which would allow you to reschedule your plans and save your tickets for another trip. I recommend that you call (407) 939-1289 to get information about your specific tickets and how you can use them for a vacation in the future.

Sharon, there are quite a few new things headed to the theme parks, so I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements about new and returning experiences you can enjoy during your next visit. Also, feel free to come back to see us if we can help you plan your magical vacation! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
