Hi Stephanie! Welcome to planDisney.
I'm sorry to hear you're thinking about canceling your plans to attend the
Oogie Boogie Bash at Disneyland Resort. I have canceled a few Disney plans since the start of the pandemic, and I know just how
not magical it is. Oogie Boogie will be ready to welcome you to his party when things feel right for you and your family.
Unfortunately, Oogie Boogie Bash tickets are non-refundable. This means there are neither refunds nor credits available for tickets you don't use. I recommend
calling (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Ticketing Cast Member to see if there are any options available to you. I've also heard of Guests giving their tickets to friends, which could be a ghoulishly generous thing to do if your tickets will otherwise go to waste.
If you do decide to go to the party, be sure to check out the
Disney Parks Blog's stories about all the spooky fun and treats available. My son and I were watching some footage of the Disney Villains throughout the park and we were ready to jump on our brooms and fly to California to join the party!
I know you've got a tough decision ahead, and I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes while you determine what's best during these uncertain times. The
Returning to a Land of Magic guidance outlines the health and safety precautions being taken at Disneyland Resort right now. The Happy Haunts here at planDisney are ready to help if you have any additional questions - we've answered more than 999 questions, but there's always room for one more!
Wishing you a great big beautiful tomorrow,
Robyn
