Can I get a refund/credit for my 4 day park hopper passes to Disneyland so that I can use the funds to buy passes to Disneyworld? My passes expired 1/12/21.

Hi there Jennifer, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question our way. I'm happy to assist you.

It sure seemed like the year 2020 was conjured up by the Disney Villains! Thankfully, our heroes are going the distance to bring some magic and normalcy back into our lives; there is so much excitement on the horizon for the Most Magical Place on Earth. Although your Disneyland Resort tickets have expired, the value never disappears; per the eTicket terms and conditions, you can apply the amount paid for a wholly unused, expired ticket toward the purchase of new Disneyland Resort admission at the current prices.

I completely understand the desire to free up funds to purchase Walt Disney World theme park tickets. While the Disneyland Resort is not currently offering refunds, it might be worth calling Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to see if they can assist you further.

I'm excited that you are planning a new adventure! There is so much magic coming later this year. From new attractions to the debut of EPCOT's next nighttime spectacular, to the launch of the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, there will be so much to zip-a-dee-do on your next visit. Keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog and follow planDisney on social media to stay current with all of the magic. Thanks again for stopping by, Jennifer, and we'll see ya real soon!
