Where can I get a refund on the website? Until when can I get a refund?

Hey howdy hey SANGJUN and welcome to planDisney!

So sorry to hear that you need to cancel your trip. Things in our current world are changing so rapidly and affecting us all differently so let's see what we can do about your reservation.

Let's go over how to cancel a vacation package first. If you log onto your My Disney Experience account, scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. To the right, you should see a button to "Check-in" and underneath you will have one of two options. You should either see a blue hyperlink to "Cancel or Modify Reservation" or you will see a phone number to call so a Cast Member can help you through the process. If it is available online, you can easily follow the prompts for the cancellation of your reservation.

Timing is key when it comes to the policy for canceling a vacation with Walt Disney World Resort. Per the Terms and Conditions of vacation packages, you have 30 days before your date of arrival to cancel your vacation with no penalty. If you cancel from two to 29 days, you will have a $200.00 cancellation fee applied to your transaction. If you cancel less than two days from your date of arrival, you will not receive a refund.

In Regards to room-only reservations, you have five days before your check-in date to cancel for a full refund on your deposit. Any cancelation within five days of check-in you forfeit your deposit.

If you have Theme Park Tickets only, these are nonrefundable. You can however change the dates that you plan on using the tickets. You can easily go onto your My Disney Experience account, under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and at the top, you will see "My Tickets and Memory Maker". Click on that tab and then on the tickets you would like to modify. Ticket prices change depending on the day and time of year your visit the parks, so if you book a day that is more expensive than the price you paid for your ticket, you will only be charged the difference in the change. There is also an expiration date set on each ticket that you will see when you go through this process so keep that in mind as well.

Make sure if you did have any Advanced Dining Reservations, that you cancel those as well. If you do not show up for a dining reservation you will be charged $10.00 per person for a "no show" reservation, so make sure you cancel everything.

I hope this process goes well for you and when you are ready to plan your next trip to Walt Disney World Resort let us know. We cannot wait for you to Be Our Guest here in the Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Nick
