Anabelle from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Can I get a refund if I wanna change the day I choose to go to Disney?

    Hi Anabelle,

It's great to hear you're planning to play in the magic at the Disneyland Resort! Summer fun is just getting started, and I can't think of a better way to celebrate summer than by taking in all the magic of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Thanks for your question about theme park reservations. While you can't change a theme park reservation date directly by modifying the reservation, you can cancel your existing theme park reservation and make a new reservation.

To cancel an existing theme park reservation you made, you can visit My Theme Park Reservations. Based on the availability of theme park reservations, you can book new reservations.

While the tickets that you purchase to visit the Disneyland Resort theme parks are nonrefundable, you can use them for theme park admission based on their valid dates until they expire. If it happens that your unused tickets expire, you can apply the amount you paid towards the purchase of new theme park tickets.

Anabelle, I hope this info is helpful as you plan your fun. Here's wishing you a wonderful stay at the Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
