    Can I get a refund for unused tickets?

    Thank you for stopping by planDisney! It is always a pleasure to assist Guests with their questions about the Walt Disney World Resort!
    Pamela, unfortunately, all theme park tickets and options are nontransferable and nonrefundable, but in some cases, you can use unexpired theme park tickets for a future vacation (subject to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase). Please contact Walt Disney World Resort Ticketing at (407) 566-4985 to discuss options that may be available, and verify if it is possible to apply the value of your unused ticket towards the purchase of new admission for a future visit.

    Since you have not used your tickets, you are also welcome to reassign them to another Guest. Sign in to your Disney account and invite the Guest to connect via My Family & Friends. Once your accounts are connected, visit My Plans, scroll down to My Plans, Reservations and Tickets, and select Tickets & Memory Maker to view your ticket and reassign it.
