Hello, Fernando,
Southern California is usually known for its great weather. But even sunny Southern California sees a little rain during
some seasons. While there is
still a great deal of fun available
even when the skies are gray, I understand it may not work for some guests to make it to the parks during inclement weather. Though Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets are
nonrefundable, there may still be some good news. If the ticket is still wholly unused, it may be used on another day up until the expiration date indicated on the ticket. Even after a wholly unused ticket expires, it may still retain some value toward the purchase of a new ticket. If rain or other concerns keep you from visiting during a multi-day trip, it may still be possible to enjoy that visit to the Happiest Place on Earth later on in your vacation. That’s because multi-day tickets do not need to be used only on contiguous days. As long as all visits to the Disneyland Resort using a multi-day ticket are made within 13 days of the first day of use and before the ticket’s final expiration, you may feel free to come again later.
Rain or shine, I hope your Disneyland Resort vacation is filled with happy memories. It was unusually rainy during my first visit to the Disneyland Resort this year. While it was cooler and wetter than expected, my friends and I were able to make some magical memories that will last a lifetime. Even if things don’t work out for you this time, I hope you get another chance to visit “
Walt Disney’s Original Magic Kingdom.”
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Fernando. I hope you’ll visit us again soon with any more questions you may have.
