How do I get a refund for my tickets and parking passes?

Howdy Art, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

I'm sorry to hear you're reconsidering an upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. I know it's been a crazy year full of unexpected twists and turns; sometimes it feels like we're on the wildest ride in the wilderness! Unfortunately, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets and parking vouchers are nonrefundable, but there are few options, and hopefully one will work out for you and your party.

When the time is right for you to reschedule your visit, the amount you paid for your Disneyland Resort theme park admission can be applied to the purchase of new tickets. If you purchased multi-day tickets, these don't expire until January 12, 2023, or 13 days after their first use, whichever comes first, so you might not have to pay any price differential at all. If you decide to head to the theme parks within the next two years, your parking voucher will still be valid; it's good for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Art, given the current public health situation, you can also try to contact Disneyland ticketing services at (714) 781-4636 to see if anything else can be done. I want to reiterate that per the e-ticket terms and conditions, theme park tickets are nonrefundable, but depending on your circumstance, it might be worth speaking with a Cast Member. I hope you find a solution and a new time to enjoy the theme parks. Thanks for coming to visit us at planDisney, and we hope to see ya real soon!
