Now, let's talk about what to do in case of an emergency. I am, of course, sending you all the pixie dust and hoping that you will not have to reschedule your magical vacation. However, life happens sometimes, and it is important to know what to do should an emergency come up. Unfortunately, theme park tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, but you do have the opportunity to reschedule them if you already know when you will be visiting. To change the dates of your tickets, you will have to log into your
My Disney Experience account and click on "My Plans." If you scroll down the page, you will have to click on "Tickets & Memory Maker," and you will be able to see all of your tickets. Then, you should be able to click on "Change Ticket" and change the dates of your theme park tickets, but if you do not have this option available, you can also
contact a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. Cast Members truly are real-life magic makers, and I always go to them when I have questions! If you are not able to reschedule them before they expire, however, do not worry. Unused tickets do not lose their value, so you will be able to
apply their value to purchasing tickets of equal or higher value.
If you have to reschedule your magical vacation, you will also be able to reschedule your other plans, such as a resort hotel reservation, dining reservations and theme park reservations. If you had a
Resort Hotel Reservation, you should either be able to click on "Modify Reservation" in the "My Plans" section of your My Disney Experience account. If this button is not available in your account,
Cast Members from the Reservation Center will be able to reschedule it for you via chat, email or phone. As for dining reservations and theme park reservations, you should also be able to reschedule them in your "My Plans" section.
