Hi there Cheryl,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question about Theme Park Tickets. I am so sorry to hear that you have not been able to visit Walt Disney World Resort because of the pandemic, hopefully you will be able to visit in the near future.
Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, however once expired, the value of your fully unused Theme Park Tickets can be applied toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets. Once you are ready to visit
Walt Disney World Resort and you purchase your Theme Park tickets, you will receive a credit toward your new Tickets. If you have questions about your specific circumstance, I do suggest
calling the Existing Tickets phone line and speaking with a Cast Member, they will be able to assist in real time, in any way they can.
Sending you extra Pixie Dust in hope you will be back at the Most Magical Place on Earth sooner rather than later, Cheryl. If you have any other questions please come back and visit
planDisney again, we are always happy to help.
~Stephanie
