can I get a refund on my tickets dated back from March of 2020. Because of Covid the park was closed when we planned on going. Not sure when we could make it back to Florida in the near future we live out of state.

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question about Theme Park Tickets. I am so sorry to hear that you have not been able to visit Walt Disney World Resort because of the pandemic, hopefully you will be able to visit in the near future.

Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, however once expired, the value of your fully unused Theme Park Tickets can be applied toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets. Once you are ready to visit Walt Disney World Resort and you purchase your Theme Park tickets, you will receive a credit toward your new Tickets. If you have questions about your specific circumstance, I do suggest calling the Existing Tickets phone line and speaking with a Cast Member, they will be able to assist in real time, in any way they can.
