Hey there, Elijah! We are happy to have you stop by planDisney with your ticket question.
I'm sorry to hear that your plans have changed for your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort. Unfortunately, theme park tickets are nonrefundable per the
eTicket Terms and Conditions. If you cannot make your upcoming reservation, that's okay. You still have plenty of time to use your ticket until it expires. Once you have a new date figured out, you can make a new theme park ticket reservation for that date as long as that date is available and is a day that is the same tier or a lower-tiered ticket day. If your new date happens to be a higher-tiered day, you can upgrade that ticket. If you have any other questions about your ticket or making new theme park ticket selections,
Ticket Services can also help.
There are plenty of exciting things going on all throughout the year at Disneyland Resort with the Disney100 Celebration. The
Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival has a few days left and I am making it a point to get back there one more time before April 25, 2023, so I can get another Mickey Mouse-Shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS. It's my favorite treat!
Elijah, I hope you find a new time to visit and enjoy the magic of Disneyland Resort!
Carrie
