Hi Claudia,
Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question. I’m sorry to hear that you're unable to use your tickets to the parks.
Let’s start with the less magical news: Disneyland tickets are nonrefundable. I know that’s not the news you were hoping for, but I have an idea that might help you make the best of the situation.
If your ticket is wholly unused and hasn’t expired yet, you can save it for another trip!
One-day tickets purchased today through Disneyland.com or the Disneyland app are valid through December 30, 2026. Multi-day tickets purchased today are valid through January 12, 2027. Be sure to check the expiration date on your ticket. If you think you'll return for a future visit, I recommend canceling the park reservations currently attached to your tickets and saving them for another day.
If that won’t work for you, I suggest calling
Ticket Services to see how a Cast Member can assist you further. They may be able to offer additional options depending on your situation.
I hope this information was helpful, Claudia. If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to me or any of my fellow planDisney panelists. We’re always here to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your next Disney adventure.
Best of luck!
– Melinda
