Hi there, Nathan!
Welcome to
planDisney. We're so happy you found your way to our magical corner of the internet.
With your arrival date just a few days away, let's find you an answer to your question. It sounds like you are possibly looking for a refund on previously purchased
theme park tickets. I hope I have that right. While I may not have the best news for you, I hope to reveal a few silver linings that may help you in planning a visit at another time.
Disneyland theme park tickets are not refundable, however, they usually have quite a long runway before the they
expire. Tickets purchased today are valid through December 30, 2026 for 1-Day tickets and January 12, 2027 for multi-day tickets. You can check the expiration date of the tickets you are holding on the purchase confirmation email or even in the Disneyland Mobile App. Simply navigate to the three-line icon at the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets & Passes". The expiration date should be visible underneath the barcode for each ticket.
Even if you are unable to make it to the Disneyland Resort ahead of your expiration, the magic never fully runs out. In most cases, you can apply the value of your wholly, unused expired ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket as long as it's of equal or higher value to the original. If you find yourself in this situation, I highly recommend giving the
Guest Services team a call to determine next steps.
Nathan, I sure do hope you can find your way to the magic at a time that works best for you. The Disneyland Resort will be here when that time comes ready to roll out the pixie dusted carpet for your arrival. When I'm not sure when that next visit will be, I like to stay in-the-know by reading the
Disney Parks Blog and following the
Disneyland Instagram account. It helps me to know what's coming up, and I can start day dreaming about my next stroll down Main Street.
If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at planDisney.
