Hi Jose,
Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like plans have changed and you may not be able to use those
theme park tickets. Unfortunately, theme park tickets are nonrefundable. Review the
ticket guidelines to see what options you may have. If your tickets are unused, you may be able to apply the value of those tickets to the purchase of new tickets.
If you have other reservations, like resort hotel or
advanced dining reservations, be sure to also cancel those reservations before incurring any penalties. I remember canceling a resort hotel once before and I completely forgot to cancel one of our dining reservations. When a fee showed up on my credit card, I called in and discovered that we had been charged a no-show fee. Thankfully, a lovely Cast Member waived the fee for me that one time.
If there is still a possibility that you can make those dates work, hang onto your tickets. If you plan to search for additional dates, remember that the weekend is almost upon us. Check the
Special Offers to see if any discounts are applicable to this visit.
Jose, I hope you are able to use those tickets at a later date!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
