Hi Alexis!
Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad that you found us hEAR.
Oh no! I'm so sorry that you're coming to us with a question that sadly means you'll miss out on seeing everyone's favorite Mouse! Firstly, I'd like to say that I hope everything is all right and that the reason behind the cancelation is something even more fun, like you need to cancel because you'll be at
Disneyland Resort all week and this is just a bonus day ticket.
I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to see inside your
My Disneyland Account to see which kind of
theme park admission ticket you have, Alexis, but I might have some helpful pointers to get you to the correct Cast Members who can help.
Generally tickets are non-refundable. However, I'm that person who doesn't take 'no' easily. You should reach out to the
Disneyland Ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 as they have more authority than I do.
I see that your visit is supposed to be super soon. If you're unable to call the ticket helpline in time, you might be able to hold on to your ticket and use it again later. If you've yet to use your ticket, as in it's either a
1-day ticket or it's a multi-day ticket where none of the days have been redeemed yet, you should have a pretty long expiration date, usually a yEAR from the date of purchase. All you'll need to do is
make sure that you cancel your existing
Park Pass Reservation, and then when you're ready to visit Mickey's house again in the future you can
select your dates just like you did the first time. Or, if you don't know when you'll be able to stop by to say hi, you can still keep your
ticket for future use; while the date may expire, the funds that you applied towards the purchase of the pass did not, and can be applied to purchasing a ticket of the same or higher value in the future.
Again I wish that you were writing to us with a happier question, but I hope that this answer helped. Be sure to check out the
official planDisney Instagram Account for all kinds of cool tips and tricks for when you're ready to visit again. And if you have any more
Disneyland Resort planning questions, We're All Ears!
