    Salam from CA Asked

Can I get a refund for me ticket

    Hey there, Salam!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing your question over to us, we’re happy to help!

According to the eTicket Terms & Conditions, theme park tickets are nonrefundable. You can however, hang on to your wholly unused, and expired, theme park tickets to use at a later date. You will be able to use those tickets towards the purchase of a new ticket that is equal to or greater than the current value of your existing ticket.

Just keep your ticket in a safe place, Salam, that way you can visit the Disneyland Resort at a later date. Until then, please be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help you plan your future visit! Fingers crossed it won’t be too long of a wait!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Arizona

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel from Arizona. I am a mom of two and a military wife. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip! One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical! Learn More About Shantel
