How to get a refund for a ticket

    Hello Xiaomeng!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m so pleased you’ve chosen to bring your question to us!

I would like to direct you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to answer any questions you may have. I would like to point out that while theme park tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of their expiration date, it is also worth noting that according to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. So, if you’re holding an expired ticket or a ticket that is expiring soon you may still be able to use it for a future visit rather than requesting a refund. You would just need to go to a Main Entrance ticket booth once you're ready to visit the theme parks and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.

I hope this answers your question! Please come see us again here at planDisney if you think of any others!

Meet the Panelist: Tiffanie, California

Greetings from San Diego, CA! I'm a wife, cat mom and Disney-loving "childless millennial." I've traveled all around the world, but my favorite place to visit is "The Happiest Place on Earth!" I've been going to the Disneyland Resort for over 25 years. Each time I step through the turnstiles to enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy, I feel the magic of Walt Disney's original park. I can't wait to answer your questions and help you experience all that the Disneyland Resort has to offer! Learn More About Tiffanie
