    How do I get a refund if I just tested positive for covid-19? I'll be on quarantine the day I'm suppose to go.

    Hi, Lynelle. Thanks for visiting us at planDisney. I’m so sorry to hear about your illness and I am wishing you a quick recovery. 

    Although theme park tickets are non-refundable, they can be used at a future date. Typically, the expiration date has a long runway. For instance, a one-day ticket purchased in 2022 is valid until December 30, 2023. My suggestion is to contact Ticket Services so they can confirm exactly when your ticket expires.

    Your ticket will remain linked to your account, and when you’re ready to make a new park reservation, you can log into your Disneyland account, go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, and click on “Make Park Reservations.”

    Again, I’m very sorry to hear about your change in plans, as I’m sure you were looking forward to this visit. I hope you are able to get to the magic soon.
