Welcome aboard, Anastasia!
I’m sorry to hear that a member of your travel party might need to cancel their Disney Cruise. Disney Cruise Line has a fairly flexible
cancellation policy, but whether or not you'll incur any fees is based on your sail date, stateroom category, and whether or not you have travel insurance.
I suggest reviewing the
Disney Cruise Line Contract and cancellation details. Please note that the cruise cancellation fees will vary based on your specific itinerary. Another option is to replace the Guest with another one. I recommend
calling Disney Cruise Line to discuss your options. If you booked through a travel agent, you would need to contact the agency, rather than Disney Cruise Line, to cancel or modify your cruise vacation.
I hope the rest of your plans are full steam ahead. Before you make your way to the port, make sure you download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. The app will allow you to keep in touch with your travel party, view dining information, and see all the entertainment on your cruise. There’s even an option to reserve your next Disney Cruise.
I hope this information helps, Anastasia. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please return to planDisney and ask. My friends and I are always happy to help Guests plan fantastic vacations at sea.
SEAS the adventure!
