Hi Robin, welcome to planDisney!
I completely understand the concern for health and safety! I do want to mention that the
Disneyland Resort has been continuously monitoring the health and safety conditions throughout the resort, and have been adapting guidelines as necessary. For the latest news on what you can expect, please take a look at this
website!
But back to your question, unfortunately,
theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, but the good news is that they are valid until their stated expiration date! So if you do happen to get sick, hopefully, you can find another date in the future that will work for you!
But worst case, if your tickets happen to expire, you still have options! Per
Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. To find the expiration date of your tickets, the easiest way is to load up your
Disneyland Mobile App, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, and select "Tickets and Passes". You should see your tickets along with their expiration dates!
I hope you stay healthy and safe!
See ya real soon!
