Can you refund your park tickets once they are purchased?

    Hiya Micheal,

    Welcome to planDisney!

It is never fun to have to cancel plans, especially for a magical vacation. I’m so sorry that is happening to you. I hope to help make the process seamless for you. Unfortunately, Micheal it outlined in the cancellation policies that once your theme park tickets have been purchased, they are nonrefundable and non-transferable. You can apply the value of the unused tickets toward a future theme park ticket of equal or greater value, which will help you shift your plans for the future. To initiate the process, you should reach out to a Cast Member in Tickets and Hotel Reservations, who can advise you of the next steps. They can also help you with any resort hotel reservation changes you may need to make.

I’m sorry this wasn’t the news you were hoping for, Micheal, but I hope this was helpful. If you need anything else, please come back and see us. We would love to help you plan the most magical do-over vacation possible.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
