Can we get a refund or park rescheduled if been in contact with someone with Covid or positive?

    Hello, Ferny!

Welcome to planDisney! I hope you're feeling good now and that you didn't get Covid in this recent contact. You came to the right place if you want to make the most of your next Disneyland Resort trip and, in my opinion, the best way to celebrate a full Covid recovery or a booster shot is a safe trip to a Disney destination. Now let's make sure that you can plan yours!

While you can't modify a Theme Park reservation, you can cancel an existing reservation and schedule a new one as long as there is availability. To cancel an existing reservation, go to your Disneyland account and access "My Theme Park Reservations." Don't forget to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

You will find available dates for Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park in this calendar. After that, you will be able to reschedule your visit as long as there's availability. It's super easy!

I hope you have a wonderful time when you visit the Disneyland Resort, dear Ferny! If you have more questions until then, please let us know. We're here for you!

May the magic be with you,
