Hey there, Meagan! Thanks for visiting us at planDisney with your question. I’m sorry you’re unable to visit the parks as planned.
Meagan, although
tickets are non-refundable, they typically have a long life to use them, so you can make a reservation at a future date. Per the
Disneyland Resort website, “One-day tickets that are purchased this year are valid now through December 30, 2023.” Your ticket would remain in your Disneyland account, and you can
make a reservation once you are ready. The summer months can get busy so as soon as you know the new date you’d like to visit, go ahead and grab the reservation.
Also, even an
unused expired ticket can be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket. So, there are lots of options on when to use your ticket.
If you want to confirm the exact expiration date of your ticket, you could use the “Chat with Us” feature in the Disneyland mobile app or
call Ticket Services.
Sending you a pinch of pixie dust in hopes you can use your ticket soon,
Kamini
