    Nanette from CA Asked

    How can I get a refund for a ticket/reservation I no longer need/want?

Hi there, Nanette! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!

Sorry to hear that you aren't able to use your ticket to the Disneyland Resort. Theme park tickets are nonrefundable, but the good news is that you can hold on to that ticket and use it at a later date. If you purchased a one-day ticket this year, you have all the way until December 30, 2022 to use that ticket at the park. For multi-day tickets purchased this year, you have until January 12, 2023 before it expires. Even if you aren't able to make it to the Disneyland Resort for a few years, the price you paid for that unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price.

I hope you are able to make it back to the parks sometime soon as there is a lot to explore including the all new Avengers Campus! With incredible food options, super hero encounters, and an all-new, family-friendly attraction to enjoy, you won't want to miss it!

I hope this information was helpful. I have a jolly day!
