As you may have heard recently, Disney MaxPass has been retired as Disney Genie+ will replace that service. For guests that still have valid tickets with a Disney MaxPass entitlement, the Disneyland Resort requests that you submit a formal inquiry via
email (select "Disney MaxPass Refunds" from the subject drop-down menu) or to call (714) 781-4636 to find out about your options. You'll need to have your ticket numbers handy and to reach out to Guest Services before your tickets expire.
We don't yet know the exact date that
Disney Genie will launch other than it will be sometime this fall. Disney Genie is a complimentary digital service within the Disneyland app that will create customized itineraries based on your interests. You will also have the option to purchase Disney Genie+ which will work similarly to how Disney MaxPass worked in the past. You will be able to select the next available arrival time to ride an attraction and use the Lightning Lane to skip most of the wait. Definitely keep your eye on the
