    How do I get a refund for max pass?

    If you still have a valid ticket with a Disney MaxPass entitlement, please submit an inquiry to Disneyland Resort Guest Services via email or by calling (714) 781-4636. Please have your ticket number handy so they can help you learn about your options. 

    Have you heard about the new Disney Genie service? This complimentary digital feature will go live this fall and provide customized park-touring itineraries based on your interests. It will also automatically update throughout the day based on current wait times so you can maximize your time in the parks. For an additional fee, you can purchase Disney Genie+ which will work similarly to how Disney MaxPass worked in the past. You will select the next available arrival time for a certain attraction and skip most of the wait by using the Lightning Lane. More details will be released soon, so be sure to keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog
