Hiya, Chris!
Thank you so much for reaching out to us hEAR at planDisney!
This is a great question, one that has a few different answers. If you purchased a
Disneyland Resort Hotel + Ticket vacation package or the
Good Neighbor Hotel option, then your Theme Park Admission Tickets may be canceled for a full refund up until 30 days before your scheduled check-in date.
Standard
Theme Park Admission Tickets purchased on their own cannot be canceled or refunded. I don't have the proper magic mirror to see inside your
My Disneyland Account to see the specifics of your passes, Chris, but, you might be able to find their expiration date if you look in your
Disneyland Mobile App. When you open the app, click on the gray icon that looks like three stacked lines. (This might be in the bottom right corner, depending on your phone.) From this new screen, click the box that says 'Tickets and Passes.' From hEAR, you should see your theme park admission tickets listed at the top of the screen, and they should also list their expiration date.
The good thing is that while
Theme Park Admission Tickets are usually valid for about a yEAR from their date of issue, as long as they remain wholly unused, they'll never truly expire as the funds you paid for them can always be applied toward the future purchase of new tickets. To do this you'll need to
call the helpful ticketing cast members at (714) 781-4636.
I hope that this answer helped to plan some future Disney days, Chris! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Panel Instagram account where we're sharing all kinds of tips and tricks. And if you have any more
