I’m so sorry to hear that you might not be able to use your tickets to the theme parks at the Disneyland Resort. Unfortunately, as stated on the fine print when
purchasing tickets, All tickets for Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are nonrefundable, nontransferable, revocable, and may not be redeemed for cash. A refund for your tickets is not an option at this time.
Even though you are not able to get a refund, you can reschedule your visit for a later date that works better for you. If you can’t use your tickets now, you can always use them later in the year during
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort or during
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. These are my two favorite times of the year to visit so you may want to save your tickets and use them then. If you are not able to use your tickets before they expire, you will always be able to use the amount paid and put that amount towards the purchase of new theme park tickets.
