Hi there, Elaine. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.
Elaine,
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable. However, please rest assured that you have plenty of time to use your tickets at a later date if you are unable to keep your original travel plans. If you recently purchased a one-day ticket (when Disneyland Resort reopened after the pandemic closure), it is valid through December 30, 2022. If you purchased a multi-day ticket, it’ll expire within 13 days of first use, or by January 12, 2023, whichever occurs first. Once you’re ready to make your
theme park reservations, simply head to
Disneyland.com and pick new dates you wish to visit.
Still unable to travel to Disneyland Resort 'till after December 2022 or January 2023 (depending on the type of ticket you have)? No worries, Elaine! According to Disney’s eTicket Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount you paid for your wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (except for Special Event ticket) can be applied towards the purchase of new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket price just needs to be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.
If you have more trip-planning questions, please feel free to
write us again. We’re all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
