how do I get a refund on Disneyland tickets?

    Hey there, Raylene!

Thank you for coming to see us here at planDisney! I hope you're enjoying some Disney magic in your day today.

While Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable, you can have some flexibility in applying the amount you paid for a ticket that's still valid -- it hasn't been used and it hasn't expired -- towards a new ticket. My best suggestion is to reach out to the Disneyland Resort Tickets Service team at (714) 781-4636. The ticketing team can provide you with details on the expiration dates for your tickets, and they can talk through your options with you.

Raylene, I'm hoping you get to plan a magical visit to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park real soon! In the meantime, you can stay up to date with all the news and happenings by following the Disney Parks blog. You can also follow the planDisney Panelists on social media as we answer popular questions and offer tips for enjoying Disneyland Resort and its theme parks.

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
