Hello, Juliet,
I’m sorry to hear that Mother Nature has been getting in the way of you enjoying a visit to the Disneyland Resort. I hope you are as safe as can be and able to get things in order for you, your household, and your neighbors as quickly as possible.
If your travel plans to
Southern California are hindered at the moment, “
hakuna matata!” It means no worries. Although Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets are non-refundable, your ticket is likely valid for some time to come. When you next get an opportunity to visit the Disneyland Resort, head over to the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page to rebook a
theme park reservation using your existing ticket. As long as the ticket has not yet expired and is
valid for the desired date, you should be able to rebook for an
available park reservation.
Should your ticket expire before your next opportunity to travel to Southern California, you can take advantage of the
ticket terms and conditions which indicate that expired tickets that are wholly unused may be upgraded to a current ticket of equal or greater value. You can make such an upgrade at one of the main entrance ticket booths.
At this time of distress and worry, I hope that gives you a glimmer of hope as you look forward to a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth when it becomes possible. Good luck, Juliet!
