Can I get a refund for my 1 day ticket purchase if I cant use it

Hi Pam! Thanks for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Unfortunately, tickets to Walt Disney World are nontransferable and nonrefundable. However, in some cases you can use unexpired theme park tickets for a future vacation. For instance, while the No Expiration Option is no longer available, if you had previously purchased theme park tickets with the No Expiration Option, your tickets will still be honored. Otherwise, most theme park tickets purchased after 2004 do expire 14 days after their first use.

Like the previous No Expiration Option, there are a few additional exceptions like Disney’s Hurricane Policy. Personally I would invite you to contact Guest Relations as they can help fill in the gaps.

If you have any other questions, please let us know. Have a magical day!
