    I would like a refund on the 4 day passes for Florida residents? We used 2 days and will now thanks to Covid 19 not be able to make it back. My husband is a Type 1 diabetic and my daughter has health issues.

    Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! So happy to be helping a fellow Floridian! I am sorry to hear that you and your family will be unable to visit due to health issues. I believe your ticket is the Florida Resident Discover Disney Tickets and due to recent park closures, thee were extended through September 30, 2020.  With regards to  partially used tickets, it is my understanding there are no refunds. However, I would recommend that you contact Ticketing at 1(407) 566-4985 so that they can provide you with a more definite response. I hope everything works out for the best!
