Hi can I get a refund if I cancel my Disneyland trip within the week of the trip? Pls advise. Thank you

Hi there, Kamille! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I’m sorry to hear that you may need to cancel your trip.

The answer to this will depend on how and where you booked your vacation package. If you booked through the Disneyland Resort website directly, in my experience, the theme park tickets are non-refundable, but the hotel can be cancelled for a full refund if more than five days away from arrival. You can contact a Cast Member on the Vacation Packages team if you’d like to cancel or make a change to your plans. Also, there should be details on the cancellation policy in the email confirmation you received when making the reservation.

If you booked through a third party, I would contact their customer service team, whose contact information you should be able to locate in the email confirmation when you made the reservation.

Sending you a pinch of pixie dust for good luck, to get this sorted and hopefully get to the magic another time real soon. Come by and see us if you have more questions – you’ve got a friend in me.
