The Most Magical Place on Earth. You may be able to cancel on the Walt Disney World website. Log in to your account, go to My Reservations, and select Cancel Reservation. If this option is not available, you'll need to call
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. Disney vacation packages are typically eligible for a full refund if it's more than 30 days until your arrival.
If you simply need to remove one person from your reservation, the process is similar. You should see a button that says Modify Reservation. If not, call Walt Disney World Hotel Reservations at
this phone number, and a Cast Member will be happy to help you with the adjustment.
