    Refund for annual pass Where is my refund ?

    Hey Lance!

    Welcome to planDisney!

    Being an Annual Passholder at the Happiest Place on Earth was a wonderful experience. I hope that you were able to make some incredible memories with friends and family. Even though the Annual Passholder program has sailed far off into the sunset, the Disneyland Resort is working hard on a new membership program. You most likely held a valid active Annual Passport as of 3/14/2020 so you will now be a Legacy Passholder until the membership is released. You’ll need to link your Legacy Passholder code that was emailed to you to the Disneyland Mobile App or Disneyland.com. You can call the Annual Passholder line if you didn’t receive an email and they’ll be glad to complete the linking process over the phone for you.

    While you’re on the line with Annual Passholder services, you can also ask for an update on the refund for your Annual Passport. I know they are still processing refunds so they are most likely still working on yours. They can easily look up your information and give you a better sense of when you can expect your refund. You can also make sure that your credit card or bank information they have on file is still up to date.
