As you already know, a pro rata refund will be issued for your Annual Passports if you are entitled to one. You mentioned you never used your Annual Passport. But, did you have a chance to activate it? If you made the purchase between January 1, 2019 and March 14, 2020, but did not activate the Passport, no action needs to be taken and you will receive a refund in the form of payment used to make the purchase. If your Passport was purchased prior to January 1, 2019, you should contact Annual Passholder Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277). A Cast Member will confirm your contact and refund information prior to issuing the refund. For more information, please visit
