    I want a refund on both of the annual passports I purchased in February of 2020 and was never able to use because of the park closure? When will I get my money back

    As Legacy Passholder, I was saddened by the news that our beloved Annual Passport program will be sunsetting. But I am excited about the new membership offerings that will be introduced in the future. Plus, the Disneyland Resort is still working to delight and surprise their loyal Legacy Passholders. Please keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements about special offers. Currently, Legacy Passholders receive a 30% discount on select merchandise at select locations in the Downtown Disney District and Buena Vista Street, Monday through Thursday.     As you already know, a pro rata refund will be issued for your Annual Passports if you are entitled to one. You mentioned you never used your Annual Passport. But, did you have a chance to activate it? If you made the purchase between January 1, 2019 and March 14, 2020, but did not activate the Passport, no action needs to be taken and you will receive a refund in the form of payment used to make the purchase. If your Passport was purchased prior to January 1, 2019, you should contact Annual Passholder Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277). A Cast Member will confirm your contact and refund information prior to issuing the refund. For more information, please visit Disneyland.com/PassportRefund
