Hello! We have the refillable mugs from the water parks from a previous visit. Can we use them again this year if we pay the refill price when we get to Blizzard Beach? Thanks for all your help!

Hi there, Melody! Welcome to planDisney. I’m so glad you’ve popped by to see us with a question! I am hEARing from so many guests that will soon be visiting the Disney Water Parks! You must be so excited to be splashing away at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Waterpark soon. I also have one of the Rapid-Fill Refillable Mugs from our last Disney Water Park adventure, and using it now takes me right back to that last awesome day of Water Park fun with my family!
I checked with two Guest Services agents today, and I was told that at this time, there is not an option to reactivate these mugs for repeat use in the Water Parks. I know that this was possible to do in the past, but this is one of many changes in light of the Disney Parks' phased reopening. These changes have made it possible for so many to return safely to the magic and are outlined on the Experience Updates pages for your review.
Melody, have you considered rending a Polar Patio or Lodge Umbrella station during your next visit to Disney’s Blizzard Beach? These areas allow you a private space for yourself and your Guests, as well as cold water, fresh towels, some rest & relaxation, and so much more! Advance reservations are highly recommended, though Cast Members can sometimes accommodate walk-up reservations.
I wish you a splashing good time on your next Disney vacation! Please do not hesitate to come back to see us again soon if we can help again!
    Wishing you many magical memories,
