We have refillable mugs from January 2016. I read on another sight we could bring them next week on our trip and have them re-activated. Is this true and if it is, what is the cost? Thank you.

Hi, Susan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

If you peeked into my kitchen cabinets, my closets or even my basement storage, you are sure to see that I have a grand collection of Disney Rapid Refill Mugs! Unfortunately, they cannot be reactivated and a new one will have to be purchased for your stay. If you are staying more than 3 days, I find the approximate $17 charge to be well worth the cost (subject to change and valid for the length of your stay).

Tip: If you have a large family, bring a collapsible caddy so that one member can run to your Disney Resort hotel food court and easily carry all the mugs (as well as have a free hand for snacks) back to the room!

    Have a magical day!
