Are the refillable mugs insulated and have a spill proof cap?

Hi Rick! Welcome to planDisney. I'm so glad you're here!

Those refillable mugs are definitely a smart buy, especially during Florida’s hot and humid months. Whether you’re grabbing a morning coffee or refilling with a cold soda in the afternoon, they come in handy throughout your stay.

Each mug comes with a colorful design with some of our favorite Disney characters displayed. It has a spill-proof lid that flips open for easy sipping. Just a heads-up, though: while they’re super convenient, they’re not insulated, so they won’t keep your drinks hot or cold for extended periods.
They’re best used for short-term sipping right after you fill them up at any resort’s self-service beverage station.

Keep in mind that you can refill your mug at any Disney Resort hotel, not just the one where you're staying, so it’s a great companion if you’re out exploring or doing a little resort hopping.

You’re also welcome to bring the mug into the theme parks, but there aren’t any refill stations there. However, you can stop by any quick-service dining location in the parks and ask for complimentary ice water to stay cool and hydrated throughout the day.

Rick, let me know if you want recommendations on where to find the best snacks to go with your refills!

    Toodles,
