Hi! Are the refillable mugs included with the dining plan? If so, when will we get them? Also, someone told me that if you are on the meal plan and have the mugs, you can choose an extra snack if you won't be using a drink with your meal is that true?

Hello there Kathy!

Yes, the refillable mugs are included with the meal plan. They are some of the best money saving items at Walt Disney World and you will receive them as soon as you go by the vending area at your resort! You do have to know that the mugs are only to be used in the resort you are staying in. So if you receive an extra snack it would only be at the resort's quick service restaurant. I really haven't found any information saying that you will definitely get an extra snack instead of the drink. I'm sure it's probably up to the cast member at the register. It never hurts to ask.
